Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued only under specific circumstances, as determined by Surisi.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Service cancellations initiated by the Customer more than 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
Service cancellations initiated by the Service Provider or Servicemen due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies, illness, or unforeseen events).
Technical issues or errors on the Surisi platform that prevent the completion of a service.
Duplicate or incorrect charges.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14-30 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation and any applicable fees.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Cancellations initiated by the Customer within 4 hours of the service start time.
Services that have already been completed or partially completed.
Subscription fees for Service Providers, as subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation.
Any fees or charges explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
