This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Customers, Service Providers, and Servicemen may cancel services or subscriptions on Surisi - A Demand Service (hereinafter referred to as "Surisi," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Surisi, you agree to comply with this Cancellation Policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations.
Cancellation Window: Service cancellations must occur no less than 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service start time may incur penalties or fees, as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14-30 business days.
Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is initiated by the Customer, a cancellation fee may apply prior to any refund being issued. The fee will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the specific circumstances.
Customers may cancel a service request through the Surisi platform.
If the cancellation occurs more than 4 hours before the service start time, no cancellation fee will apply, and a full or partial refund may be issued at Surisi's discretion.
If the cancellation occurs within 4 hours of the service start time, a cancellation fee may be deducted from any refund amount, or the Customer may be charged the full service cost, depending on the circumstances.
Service Providers or Servicemen may cancel a scheduled service only in exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergencies, illness, or unforeseen events).
If a Service Provider or Servicemen cancels a service, Surisi will notify the Customer and assist in finding a replacement provider, if available.
Repeated cancellations by a Service Provider or Servicemen may result in penalties, suspension, or termination of their account on Surisi.
Service Providers may subscribe to Surisi to access premium features, tools, or benefits. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled.
Service Providers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on the Surisi platform.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.
Access to premium features will be discontinued at the end of the billing cycle.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the Service Provider.
Service Providers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the cancellation.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14-30 business days and credited to the original payment method used.
Refunds may be partial or full, depending on the timing of the cancellation and any applicable fees.
If a dispute arises regarding a cancellation or refund, Customers, Service Providers, or Servicemen may contact Surisi at contact@surisi.com.
Surisi will review the dispute and work with all parties to reach a fair resolution.
